Land First is building infrastructure for a community to grow organically — 80 acres across two benches near Enderby. The vision: 2- to 5-acre country-residential lots will sit on the lower bench, while the upper village will offer a more connected setting with smaller lot sizes and shared trails that are already being established. These trails will wind through the groves and hidden gems of the Shuswap, with the Enderby Cliffs and Shuswap River often in view.

Every package price is built from three parts — the home, the land, and the site cost. Site costs (septic, excavation, and foundation) vary per lot and build, and can range anywhere from $75,000 to $150,000 depending on the site.
