Our saunas and bunkies are built on skids and delivered on a tilt-deck trailer. If we can get our truck and trailer right to the spot, we can often set them in place with the trailer alone — no crane needed.

For trickier placements — lifting over a home, into a tight backyard, or anywhere the trailer can't reach — a crane is required. It depends on the site and how the unit needs to be placed, and we'll figure out the best approach with you.

If a crane is needed, it's an additional cost and is not included in the price shown above. Either way, we coordinate the whole setup right alongside your delivery.

Because our saunas and bunkies are built on treated skids, they don't need a full foundation. Most people set them on a compact, level, well-drained pad — gravel, patio blocks, or another solid surface — but you can also put them on concrete piers or screw piles, depending on your site conditions and what you're after.

Any foundation or site work is not included in the price shown above, and it needs to be in place before we deliver.

The right option will depend on the site and ground conditions, but we'll help you find the best solution for your project.

Installation includes us being there to set the unit in place, get it leveled, and make sure it's ready for your final hookups.

If your unit needs power, water, or sewer connected, those final hookups should be coordinated with a Red Seal certified contractor once we've delivered and set it in place. They're quick, simple connections.
