Our saunas are built on skids and delivered on a tilt-deck trailer. If we can get our truck and trailer right to the spot, we can often set your sauna in place with the trailer alone, no crane needed.
For trickier placements, like lifting over a house, into a tight backyard or anywhere the trailer can't reach, a crane is required. It depends on the site and how the sauna needs to be placed, and we'll work out the best approach with you.
If a crane is needed, it's an additional cost and isn't included in the price shown above.
Either way, we coordinate the whole setup right alongside your delivery.
Because our saunas are built on treated skids, they don't need a full foundation. Most people set them on a compact, level, well-drained pad of gravel, patio blocks or another solid surface. You can also use concrete piers or screw piles, depending on your site and what you're after.
Any foundation or site work isn't included in the price shown above, and it needs to be in place before we deliver.

We're there to set your sauna in place, level it and make sure it's ready for any final hookups.
If it needs power, water or sewer, those hookups should be done by a Red Seal certified contractor once we've delivered and set it. They're quick, simple connections.
